• BACKGROUND

LOOK VENTURES

Look Ventures is a single partnership registered in the province of Ontario Canada in 2003. Delahnnovahh-Starr Livingstone is the sole partner. Look Ventures LLC was incorporated as a single owner company by Dsl in the State of Nevada in May, 2010.  Look Ventures LLC proposes to develop website www.WholeLook.com into an industry leader in both Internet popularity and revenue earnings through an innovative, positive, and unique collection of features.

The web design has its roots in early 2003, and is further based on the advent of Web 2 or so called Social Networking which burst upon the Internet in 2004 and 2005.

The domain name by itself, while it should be considered of some value, cannot be easily sold as is.  With this in mind, this proposal includes showcasing the name with the revenue earning potential of a good search engine and a hot, new Web 2.0 business.

LOOK.COM

The Search engine and home page portal www.look.com, the original project of Look Ventures, had been launched in the early 2001 intending to become an industry leader in innovation and design. After only a few short years with no funding and only a makeshift income, the site had developed over 20,000 visits a day in traffic and $2000.00 per month in revenue, growing daily. (Look.com - Circa October 2003).

Then disaster struck. In October 2003 Look.com was high jacked and all the money went with it. Through lack of funds for a lawyer, and total inexperience in court as a self litigator, Look Ventures was unable to get it back. (Details - Sorry Saga).

WholeLook.com is the resurrection of the original aims and purposes of Look.com, with substantial newly added features and capabilities such as the social Internet phenomenon and world translating features whose potentialities have only recently become possible on the Internet.

As it is expected that WholeLook.com will eventually enjoy very substantial traffic, it is also a good prospect for take over purchase by larger companies in the many millions of dollars.

• WHOLELOOK.COM

• WholeLook features an advanced search capability for revenue, coupled with a universal home page portal layout, coupled with a world translation capability for traffic. WholeLook will eventually have the social Internet book marking capability of allowing a user to add their own websites links in their own language into their own categories, even for English speaking users.

Making WholeLook both uniquely viable as a both a Universal website portal and uniquely viable as a Universal Home Page for browsers. The more WholeLook becomes adapted as someone's Home Page portal, the more WholeLook's daily traffic will soar as WholeLook will record a new visit every day they go to their browser.

WholeLook is in an interim stage of development. The Social Internet capability has not yet been instigated. But it is sufficiently completed to show its intentions, confirm its potentials, and to be used as is by non English speaking users as a web portal to many of the Internet's main sites in their own language, plus English speaking users as a convenient main sites web portal.

• Search Engines

• Search engines originally received most of their revenue by selling website link inclusions into their search results and directories. In the early 2000s they began selling featured sponsored links at the top of their search results on a pay per click basis. Meaning the advertiser did not pay unless a viewer clicked on the link.

The method provided many advantages over the original methods for both search engines and advertisers alike. Specifically, advertisers could pay to have PPC links show at the top of the first results page in only the categories whose keywords were relevant to their site. They could also at option, agree to pay more per click than the next advertiser for the privilege of being the the top link in the sponsored results.

The boon for the search engine industry was unparalleled income, as most of the advertising on the Internet is now through the PPC model and the competition among advertisers for the coveted top spot in some of the more pricy categories can be intense.

WholeLook.com currently has the potential to add Pay Per Click revenue by xml feeds from other search engines. Plus Look Ventures owns a Pay Per Click module of its own, allowing it to sell pay per click advertising to its viewers. All that is needed is for someone with the expertise to install them. All that needs is enough bridge money or other resource to hire them. (Details - White Paper).

• Social Internet

• Social Internet is a relatively new comer on the Internet scene which offered a capability which no other type of website venue was able to offer. Namely 'Viral Marketing'. Viral Marketing means able to expand on it's own like a nuclear critical mass, without needing to depend on large amounts of money for advertising or search engine optimization.

Viral marketing is very simple. The website allows a user to input aspects that are interesting or important to themselves, save it, then tell their friend where to find it on the web site,. The friends take a look, like what they see, do the same themselves, and tell their friends. The site expands on its own with no additional input or marketing costs by the web owner. (Details - Web2).

Phenomenal new website successes have been recorded in recent years through the system, such as Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, and Youtube. When nearly every candidate for election at every level in the 2006 US midterms used Facebook to present their public profile to their electorate, Facebook jumped from a two and a half million dollar company to nearly fifteen billion dollars in less than a year and a half.

With its new Social Internet ideas not yet previously known to the web couples with the ability to translate itself into over fifty languages worldwide, WholeLook is ideally positioned to capitalize on the phenomenon.
